Whatever you're struggling with or building, I’m here to help you take the first step with confidence
You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own.
You’ve likely already done a lot of thinking, reflecting, and trying to figure things out on your own. But insight alone doesn’t always create change. That’s where deeper work comes in.
Start with what feels right.

Therapy with me
This isn’t surface-level coping.
And it’s not about just venting.
It’s deeper work that helps you understand your patterns,
so change actually lasts.
Consulting & Supervision
This isn’t generic supervision.
And it’s not just case consultation.
It’s strategic, relational support that strengthens your clinical work
and helps you grow with intention.
Holding the Holder
This isn’t therapy.
And it’s not traditional networking.
It’s a space for people who are used to holding everything together
With workshops and experiences focused on connection and education.
Who am I?
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles with over a decade of experience in mental health.
My work is relational, direct, and grounded in helping people create meaningful, lasting change. As a multiracial therapist, I take a culturally attuned, holistic approach that honors the complexity of each person’s experience.
Beyond therapy, I build spaces that bring people together, supporting both personal healing and professional connection.
My work extends into education, writing, and art, all rooted in one core intention:
Helping people feel more connected, included, aligned, and fully themselves.
