I work with women who appear driven, capable, and high functioning, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of themselves. Many women find themselves people pleasing, overthinking, having stress in relationships/life, and lose touch with their own needs in the process.

Together we will focus on helping you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and develop a strong sense of self by exploring the root causes of these patterns and learning tools to help you manage communicate your needs clearly, and make decisions with more clarity and self trust so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in your life.
