My work is grounded in a holistic, intersectional approach, meaning I consider how your identity, background, and lived experiences shape your mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in context.

This includes factors such as race, ethnicity, cultural background, gender identity, sexuality, family dynamics, socioeconomic experiences, neurodivergence, chronic stress or illness, and larger systemic influences.

Rather than viewing challenges in isolation, we explore your experiences with depth, context, and compassion, helping you better understand yourself.

My goal is to support long-term, sustainable healing by integrating both mind and body. This includes mental health, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle factors that impact emotional well-being.

We may also explore the connection between nutrition and mental health, as well as building realistic, supportive habits that align with your daily life.
