About Holding the Holder™

Mental Health Workshops and Education

Holding the Holder is a community I created to support both mental health professionals and individuals seeking deeper wellness, connection, and education. Through therapist-centered events, workshops, and wellness-focused offerings, it creates space for people to feel supported, restored, and connected.

Holding the Holder Therapist Community

Driven by passion

Holding the Holder was created from a deep passion for supporting both mental health professionals and individuals navigating their own healing. As a therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how much is carried by clinicians, caregivers, and those silently struggling beneath the surface.

This community was built to offer more than just support. It is a space for connection, education, and whole-person wellness, where people can step out of survival mode and into something more grounded, restorative, and sustainable. Through therapist wellness events, workshops, and mental health education in Los Angeles and throughout California, Holding the Holder continues to grow as a space rooted in intention, care, and meaningful impact.
