I currently provide virtual therapy for for adults located in Los Angeles and throughout California for accessibility & convenience. I work with young adults and adults seeking deeper, lasting change.
Many of the people I work with are self-aware and insightful, yet still find it difficult to create meaningful, lasting change on their own. This is where our work goes deeper and you gain practical tools to apply in your daily life.
My path to becoming a therapist was personal. Therapy didn’t resonate with me at first, but when I found the right therapist, it helped me work through pain I had carried alone for years.
This work may be a good fit for you if you want deeper, lasting change, not just short-term coping strategies
If this resonates, you are not alone.
What Makes Me Different
My approach to therapy goes beyond symptom reduction. While many therapists focus on coping skills, my work goes deeper in helping you truly understand and change the patterns that keep you stuck, while also teaching you practical tools.
Through relational, integrative therapy, I tailor therapy specifically to you to help you understand and shift the underlying patterns driving your struggles so you can build self-trust, confidence, and a more grounded, authentic sense of self.
I value thinking outside the box. My approach supports long-term emotional balance and resilience. As your therapist, I will always show up as my authentic self.
Part of what helps me show up as my best self is attending my own personal therapy — I believe it’s important to practice what I preach.

Therapy can be helpful for anyone who wants support, clarity, or tools to navigate life more effectively. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek therapy when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they want to change, navigating a difficult life transition, or wanting to better understand themselves and their relationships.
It may be a good time to consider therapy if you find yourself struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences that continue to affect your daily life. Therapy can also be a space for personal growth, building confidence, improving boundaries, and developing healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.
If you’re wondering whether therapy might help, that curiosity alone is often a good sign that support could be beneficial. An initial consultation can help you explore what you’re looking for and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
-
We’ll start by getting to know one another. I’ll go over consent and confidentiality (including its limitations), and we’ll begin exploring what’s bringing you to therapy and what your goals are.
I’ll gather your history to gain a better understanding of how I can support you. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
