My 3 Pillars

1. Case conceptualization

We look at what’s really driving the client beneath the surface. I pull from trauma-informed approaches, IFS, psychodynamic, and attachment models of therapy so you’re not just treating symptoms but understanding the system.

2. Intervention strategy

I help you figure out what to actually do in session. Where to go next and how to shift stuck patterns.

3. Therapist sustainability

I also pay attention to how the work is impacting you. Especially with high-demand clients, it’s easy to overextend or feel stuck, so I help you stay grounded and clear.

For there is always light, if only we're brave enough to see it. If only we're brave enough to be it.
