Licensed Therapist • Business Development • Community Partnerships
I’m a licensed therapist, community builder, and mental health partnerships leader passionate about creating spaces that support healing, collaboration, and meaningful professional connection.
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked in the mental health field helping individuals navigate personal growth, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Alongside my clinical work, I focus on building therapist communities, strengthening referral networks, and developing partnerships that support growth across the behavioral health ecosystem.
My work often sits at the intersection of clinical care and community development, bringing clinicians, wellness professionals, and organizations together to create collaborative environments where both professionals and clients can thrive.
I’m also a visual artist whose work explores themes of vulnerability and resilience, often incorporating natural elements like moss and mixed media inspired by nature and the places I’ve traveled.
I’m the author of The Ultimate Life Skills Guide for Teens, created to expand access to practical mental health tools for young people.
More recently, I created Holding the Holder, a wellness space designed for therapists that brings together movement, reflection, and conversation to support therapist wellbeing and connection.
Across everything I do, I’m guided by the belief that healing deepens when creativity, collaboration, and community come together.
Why I Created Holding the Holder
Therapists spend their days holding space for others. It can become easy to lose touch with our own needs for rest, creativity, and connection
Many clinicians work in isolation and rarely have spaces where they can simply show up as themselves.
