My Specialty: Trauma & Anxiety
I provide relational, depth-oriented therapy for individuals located in Los Angeles and throughout California via virtual sessions. I work with young adults and adults.
I specialize in high-functioning anxiety and trauma, helping individuals process difficult experiences, build self-trust, and reconnect with a more grounded, authentic sense of self.
High-functioning adults experiencing anxiety and/or trauma doesn’t always look obvious. Instead, it often shows up as overthinking, over-functioning, burnout, difficulty in relationships, and learning to adapt and perform (usually starting early in life).
Many of my clients are self-aware and insightful, but struggle to create real, lasting change on their own. This is where our work goes deeper.
With the right support and guidance, people can reconnect with their strength, reclaim their voice, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My integrative approach focuses on healing the nervous system, building resilience, learning practical strategies, and restoring emotional balance.
My path to becoming a therapist was personal. Therapy didn’t resonate with me at first, but when I found the right therapist, it helped me work through pain I had carried alone for years.
Somatic Work
I have training in somatic and trauma-informed approaches to work with complex trauma, integrating mind-body techniques that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper healing. This includes incorporating principles from somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, parts work, and neurobiologically-informed interventions to help clients process trauma without becoming overwhelmed or retraumatized.
My approach focuses on helping clients build awareness of their internal experience, regulate their nervous system, and safely work through stored trauma in the body - supporting long-term resilience, integration, and meaningful change.
Additional Modalities I Utilize
Looking at patterns helps us understand how our past relationships and experiences influence our current struggles, allowing for the development of deeper insight & lasting change.
CBT helps us identify patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You’ll develop practical tools that support meaningful changes in your daily life.
We all carry younger parts inside us. Working on our relationship with inner child parts helps in fostering a greater self-understanding, self-love, and emotional balance.
I am also trained in Brainspotting Levels 1 and 2, which is a mind-body trauma therapy stemming from EMDR that uses eye positions to access deeper areas of the brain where trauma is stored. I have seen first hand how powerful brainspotting is as a modality in helping clients process unresolved traumatic experiences, while moving toward greater integration and healing.
As trauma is processed, people often begin to notice natural shifts in behavior, relationships, and the way they see themselves and the world. Patterns that once felt stuck can start to soften, creating space for greater clarity, self-trust, and freedom. I have also experienced Brainspotting personally as a client, which has given me a deep appreciation for the powerful changes this work can support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy can be helpful for anyone who wants support, clarity, or tools to navigate life more effectively. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek therapy when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they want to change, navigating a difficult life transition, or wanting to better understand themselves and their relationships.
It may be a good time to consider therapy if you find yourself struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences that continue to affect your daily life. Therapy can also be a space for personal growth, building confidence, improving boundaries, and developing healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.
If you’re wondering whether therapy might help, that curiosity alone is often a good sign that support could be beneficial. An initial consultation can help you explore what you’re looking for and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

We’ll start by getting to know one another. I’ll go over consent and confidentiality (including its limitations), and we’ll begin exploring what’s bringing you to therapy and what your goals are.
I’ll gather your history to gain a better understanding of how I can support you. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy goes beyond symptom reduction. While many therapists focus primarily on helping clients cope with distress, my work centers on helping people build deeper self-trust, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of identity.
I’m trained to look not only at individual challenges, but also at the relational patterns, environments, and life experiences that shape how we think, feel, and show up in the world.
Clients often appreciate that our work is supportive, direct, and authentic. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel deeply understood, but also gently challenged to grow. Together we focus on developing insight, strengthening boundaries, improving relationships, and helping you move toward the life you actually want to be living.
